Terms for accessing BrandGenius AI.
These terms govern access to the beta product, agency workspaces, public review links, and connected publishing destinations.
Use of the service
You may use BrandGenius AI only for lawful business purposes and only with authority to manage the brands, websites, and publishing destinations you connect. You are responsible for activity that occurs in your workspace and for keeping account credentials secure.
AI-generated output
Brand analysis, strategy recommendations, and generated content are assistance tools, not guarantees of accuracy, legality, or performance. You remain responsible for reviewing all outputs before publishing, sharing, or using them in client work.
Public links and reviews
Invite and review links are bearer-token links. Treat them as confidential. Anyone with a valid link may be able to access the related invitation or approval workflow until the link expires, is revoked, or the underlying resource is removed.
Beta service status
The MVP is offered on a beta basis and may change frequently. Features may be added, modified, restricted, or removed as we improve the product. We may suspend access that threatens security, violates these terms, or creates unreasonable operational risk.
