Information we collect

We collect account details such as email address, workspace membership, brand URLs, content drafts, campaign metadata, review feedback, and support messages. When you connect publishing destinations, we also store connection metadata and encrypted tokens needed to operate those integrations.

How we use data

We use workspace data to analyze brands, generate content, schedule or publish posts, deliver approval flows, maintain security controls, and improve reliability. We also use limited analytics and product telemetry to understand adoption, troubleshoot failures, and prioritize fixes during beta.

AI and support processing

Brand analysis, content generation, and in-app support may use third-party AI providers. Support chat messages may be stored for support quality, retrieval, and incident review. If a conversation is escalated, members of the BrandGenius AI support team may review the transcript to help resolve the issue.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication, CSRF protection, and managed-brand context. If you accept optional cookies, we also enable analytics and session diagnostics to measure product usage and investigate quality issues. More detail is available in our cookie policy.

Sharing and retention

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the application, including hosting, database, email, analytics, AI, and publishing integrations. We retain data for as long as needed to operate your workspace, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your workspace data. To delete your account and all associated data, use the self-service data deletion option or contact [email protected]. We may need to retain some information for security, billing, or legal reasons.

Data deletion

We process data deletion requests within 30 days. When you delete your account, all personal data, generated content, brand data, and integration tokens are permanently removed. If you connected via Facebook Login, removing BrandGenius AI from your Facebook Apps and Websites settings will also trigger automatic deletion of your Facebook-sourced data. Anonymized aggregate analytics may be retained as they are non-identifiable. Data in backups is purged within 90 days.
